Overview

Suji supports connecting to multiple messaging platforms simultaneously. Each platform requires specific API credentials that you obtain from the platform’s developer portal.

Add a Connector

Open your instance

Go to your instance detail page in the dashboard.

Navigate to Connectors

Click the Connectors tab.

Add a platform

Click Add Connector and select the messaging platform you want to connect.

Enter credentials

Fill in the required API credentials for the platform. See the platform-specific guides for instructions on obtaining these credentials.

Save

Click Save. The credentials are encrypted and synced to your instance as Kubernetes secrets.

Check Connection Status

After adding a connector, you can check its status:
  • Connected — Platform is active and receiving messages
  • Disconnected — Platform is configured but not active
  • Error — Something went wrong (check the platform guide for troubleshooting)
Use the Sync Status button to probe the actual connection state from the running instance.

The number of platforms you can connect depends on your plan:
